Notice to all of our patients: As we move to a new "normal" in patient care, We are taking the following necessary precautions to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our patients, staff and doctors.

Federal (CDC) and State guidelines for safety:

• All patients must wear masks during their visits.
• Temperature checks will be performed upon arrival.
• COVID-19 screening questions will be asked during appointment scheduling and check-in.
• Exams rooms and testing equipment will be sanitized before and after each patient.
• NO guests will be permitted to accompany patients unless the patient need assistance. Loved ones can participate in the visit discussion with the doctor via cell phone.
• If you require medical technician guided testing, you will be roomed immediately upon check-in, tested, and checked-out expeditiously. Patients will then participate in a telemedicine visit with the physician at a separate date and time.

If you have an eye emergency, require refills or you would like to schedule an appointment.
