Guest Requirements
Valid Government ID:
Our staff checks for a valid government issued identification from every guest. We then run a background check so that you know that every guest is someone you can trust and feel safe around.
Verification Number:
You will know who is supposed to be at your home. You will receive a list of guest and each guest will be given a verification number. This way you will know that they paid and are supposed to be there.
House Rules Contract:
Guest must agree to your house rules. We have guests sign an agreement acknowledging what you expect of them.
